Delivery

Shipments with Colissimo are received by customers within 48H to 72H.
Shipments with Mondial Relay are received between 72H and 5 days.

We work with two carriers in France and for EU countries:

  • METROPOLITAN FRANCE, MONACO AND ANDORRA :
    • La Poste Colissimo – Home delivery
    • Mondial Relay – Delivery at a relay point
  • OVERSEAS :
    • La Poste Colissimo Outre-Mer – Home delivery
  • EUROPE (including Switzerland)
    • La Poste Colissimo – Home delivery
    • Mondial Relay International – Delivery at a relay point
    • Mondial Relay Home International – Home delivery

All the information concerning the countries concerned as well as the price lists are available in the page “Delivery”.

You can benefit from a free delivery from 100€ of purchase on the store, the sending will be made by Mondial Relay only. (Valid for metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg).

For “partner” orders, you can benefit from a free delivery at the box and grouped with other customer orders, you just need to get in touch with your owner so that he can give you the specific code. (Attention, the free delivery to the box is only valid at the time of collection launches & pre-order period).

You can follow the progress of your order at any time in the “MY ACCOUNT / MY ORDERS” section if you have created an account.

Once your order is finalized in our workshop, you will receive an e-mail informing you that it is “finished” and ready to be shipped, you will then receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your package.

You will be able to follow its routing in all transparency and peace of mind.

All payment information is transmitted SSL-encrypted and processed by our partner PayPlug’s payment module to protect your card information and ensure that it cannot be used by others.

If your package is returned to us, a reshipment is possible for an additional fee at your charge. If you have any questions about the terms and conditions of sale, please refer to the chosen carrier.

Exchanges and Returns

Find the information concerning the exchanges and returns

Any order placed on the store offers the possibility of returning one or more items for the following reasons:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect (flocking, material defect…)
  • If you have received an item by mistake that was not in your original order
  • If the item received is damaged

The return is valid 30 days after the date of shipment of the article.
Only one return is offered
provided that it justifies one of the reasons mentioned above, valid for metropolitan France only.

All returns made outside France are at your expense.

Any request made after the 30 days deadline will be examined on a case-by-case basis by our team, which reserves the right to validate or not the return and the shipping costs will be at your expense.

The items must not have been worn, washed or damaged . We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel that they have been used in any way. (Traces of deodorant, make-up, sweat, odours and various traces…). They must be returned in the original packaging.

After verification by our team, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital voucher to be used within 2 months.

If you have ordered the wrong size item, simply go through our returns portal below if you would like an exchange.

We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item, provided that you take the same item in the new size you want.

Our after-sales team will get back to you by e-mail and will give you a one-time use promo code, usable on the product concerned.

Partner Collections

Find out more about the partner collections

During the launch period of a partner collection (Crossfit® box, Programs etc.) the so-called “pre-order” period lasts two weeks (15 working days) during which orders are placed in our workshop. They are then shipped the following week.

Personalization is offered during the pre-order period only on the following items: t-shirts and tank tops.

It is not possible to return items from partner collections that have been customized.

Simply go to the “Partners” page of our site, choose the box concerned and select the desired products. You can also add literary and/or numerical customization for an additional cost.
