Since the beginning of the UNCHAINED adventure, we strive to offer you quality products at the right price. You probably already know this, but at UNCHAINED we don’t do sales: we don’t want to take part in this event that encourages you to consume far beyond your needs and that has a deleterious impact on our planet. So why do we offer you discounted products through the last chance category?
To reduce our inventories, which have been managed in a rational manner
At UNCHAINED, we do our best throughout the year to keep our stocks under control. We work on a just-in-time basis with our suppliers in order to adapt our supply to the needs and not to over-produce.
Unfortunately, we can’t control the success of our products, and while we’ve sometimes underestimated the enthusiasm with which you’ve received them, we’ve also sometimes overestimated your enthusiasm. In addition, the health context that we have been experiencing for over a year now has not allowed us to sell as many products as we had hoped.
It is not a question of selling off clothes that have been produced irresponsibly, but simply of helping us to manage a small and necessary surplus. The last chance category allows us to clear the way for the new products to come, while giving you the opportunity to equip yourself at a reduced price.
Preparing our next project
Our goal is to become a more responsible brand that you will be proud to wear. With this in mind, we have been working for several months now on the creation of an offer of products entirelymade in France.
For this new range, we decided to have our clothes produced directly. Product development, workshop research, prototyping… this project requires much higher investments than what we have already experienced. It is therefore important to free up funds to finance this project, and reducing our storage costs is one way to do this.
Thanks to the last chance category, you can actively support the development of this range through your purchases.
