How does the loyalty program work?
Each time you make a purchase, you earn loyalty points that you can then redeem for exclusive rewards. The more you buy, the more points you earn, and the more attractive the rewards become. You can also earn points by performing other actions, such as following us on social media, sharing our products on social networks, or subscribing to our newsletter.
How to join the loyalty program?
To join our program, simply register on our website and start accumulating points from the moment you sign up. You will then be able to check your points balance and choose the rewards that interest you the most. We are delighted to offer you this loyalty program as a thank you for your trust and continued support.
What levels are available?
Our loyalty program has 4 different levels based on the points accumulated:
- MEMBER: from 0 to 349 points
- EXCLUSIVE: from 350 to 649 points
- VIP: from 650 to 949 points
- AMBASSADOR: +950 points
How can I maintain my current level?
To maintain your level and/or your points, you must make a purchase within 6 months following your last reward.
How long are my points valid?
Your points are valid for 6 months (183 days) from the last accrual.
How long are my rewards valid?
Rewards have no expiration date. You can find them at any time in your Rewards area
Is it possible to merge accounts?
No, it is not possible to merge multiple accounts. Each member can only have one account.
What happens to my points if I return a product?
If you return an item, the points generated by this item will be automatically deducted from your account.
