How does the loyalty program work?
Every time you make a purchase, you earn loyalty points which you can then redeem for exclusive rewards. The more you buy, the more points you earn, and the better the rewards. You can also earn points by carrying out other actions, such as following us on social networks, sharing our products on the networks, or subscribing to our newsletter.
How to join the loyalty program?
To join our program, simply register on our website and start earning points as soon as you register. You can then view your points balance and choose the rewards that interest you the most. We are delighted to offer you this loyalty program as a thank you for your continued trust and support.
What levels are available?
Our loyalty program has 4 different levels depending on the points accumulated:
- MEMBER: from 0 to 349 points
- EXCLUSIVE: from 350 to 649 points
- VIP: from 650 to 949 points
- AMBASSADOR: +950 points
How do I maintain my current level?
To maintain your level and/or your points, you must make a purchase within 6 months following your last winning.
How long are my points valid?
Your points are valid for 6 months (183 days) from the last gain.
How long are my rewards valid?
Rewards have no validity period. You can find them at any time in your Rewards panel
Is it possible to merge accounts?
No, it is not possible to merge several accounts. Each member can only have one account.
What happens to my points if I return a product?
If you return an item, the points generated by this item will automatically be withdrawn.
