Conditions of exchanges & returns

Any order placed on the store offers the possibility of returning one or more articles within 30 days for the following reasons:
• If the article is not suitable for the size (too small/too large, too tight, etc. )
• If the item does not meet your expectations
• If the item is defective

To be eligible for return(s), your items must not have been worn, washed, stained or damaged. They must also include their original packaging and labels.

Return costs are free only for compatible countries and in reimbursement against a purchase voucher. 

Which countries are compatible with return labels?

You can only benefit from a return label for the following countries: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal.

For other countries, the return is done by yourself and at your expense.

What are the reimbursement costs?

Reimbursement is offered only if the chosen reimbursement method is by gift card and in compliance with the conditions of exchanges & returns.

Otherwise, 5€ return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Please note, returns at your expense are not refunded.

Is the return offered?

Return is only offered if you choose to receive the return label.

If you have not chosen to receive a return label and/or your country is not compatible: the return is done by you and at your expense.

List of countries compatible with the return label: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal.

How do I request an exchange/return?

To make a return, follow the instructions below:

1) Go to our return portal

2) Enter your order number (ex: # 6844) and your email address.

3) Follow the steps indicated

If you have chosen to receive a return label: an email with your return label to print and stick on your package is sent to you.

If you have not chosen to receive a return label: you must send your package by yourself yourself and at your expense to the following address:

How do I check the status of my application?

You can check the status of your request on our return portal with your order number and your email.

I have no news about my request, what should I do?

No worries, we do our best to meet your requests! A delay of between 2 and 5 working days may sometimes be necessary.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your refund request is validated, the delay varies between 1 to 5 working days depending on the refund method chosen and your bank.

Which products are exchangeable/returnable?

All our products are exchangeable/returnable subject to the conditions and within the limits of available stocks.

Personalized items and gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

What happens if my order paid with a gift card is returned ?

If you make a purchase using a gift card and, for one reason or another, you decide to return the items ordered to us, the amount spent will be credited directly to your gift card . This allows you to reuse the balance for future purchases in our online store.

If you added a supplement to your order, they will be refunded to the payment method used.
