Conditions of exchanges & returns

Any order placed on the store offers the possibility of returning one or more items within 30 days for the following reasons:
• If the item is not suitable for the size (too small/too large, too tight, etc. )
• If the item does not meet your expectations
• If the item is defective

To be eligible for return(s), your items must not having been worn, washed, stained or damaged. They must also include their original packaging and labels.

How do I request an exchange/return?

To make your return request, follow the instructions below:

1) Go to our return portal

2) Enter your order number (ex : #6844)

3) Enter your e-mail address or telephone number (those used to place the order)

4) Choose the item(s) to return

5) First step of the form: fill in the different fields (reason for refund, description, photo of the item if necessary, ...)

6) Second step of the form: choose the refund method you want

7) Third step of the form: choose your return method and if necessary change your shipping address

8) DONE! pending approval.

I made my request, then?

Once your request has been made, our team will analyze your request. At the end of this analysis, you will be informed by e-mail whether your request has been validated or refused. Note that our technical team may ask you for more information regarding your request.

If your order has been validated:
• A return slip with instructions will be sent to you by email (please check your spam)

If your order has been refused:
• You can contact us by email at hello@UNCHAINED-store.fr for more information.

How do I check the status of my application?

You can check the status of your request at our return portal with your order number and your email/phone number.

I have no news about my request, what should I do?

No worries, we do our best to meet your requests! A delay of between 3 and 5 working days may sometimes be necessary.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your refund request is validated, the delay varies between 1 to 5 working days depending on the refund method chosen and your bank.

If however the deadline has passed and you still have nothing received, please contact us at hello@UNCHAINED-store.fr.

Which products are exchangeable/returnable?

All our products are exchangeable/returnable subject to the conditions and within the limits of available stocks.

Only personalized items and gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Are returns offered?

Returns are free only for orders to destinations in Metropolitan France, Monaco and Andorra and respecting the conditions for exchanges & returns.

For countries other than those above, returns are at your expense.

Attention, it is only possible to make one return per order.
