I received a gift card, how long is it valid?

Gift cards are valid for 6 months (183 days) from the date of purchase.

<tc>How do I refer my friends?</tc>

To refer your friends, you must:

  1. The referrer must share their affiliate link (click here to find your link)
  2. The referral must click on the link and will be redirected to the homepage
  3. An email confirmation popup will appear at the bottom right. The godchild must confirm his email address.
  4. Once the email address has been confirmed, the godchild can create his account, log in and benefit from his reduction.
  5. The godfathers/godchildren can find their discount code in the "Reward" tab at the bottom right or by clicking here.

What are the delivery times ?

Depending on the delivery service chosen, delivery times vary between 1 to 5 working days.

Can I benefit from free delivery?

*For orders to Metropolitan France, Andorra, Monaco and Spain: you can take advantage of free delivery with Mondial Relay for orders over €100. You can also take advantage of free delivery with DHL for orders over €200.

For orders to Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal: you can take advantage of free delivery with Colissimo International for orders over €150. You can also take advantage of free delivery with DHL for orders over €250.

For orders to the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland: you can take advantage of free delivery with DHL for orders over €250.

How to track my order ?

When your order is complete and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Do not hesitate to check your spam.

My parcel has been returned to the sender, what should I do?

If your package is returned to us, a reshipment is possible at an additional cost at your expense.

Exchanges and Returns

Can I return/exchange my order?

Any order placed on the store offers the possibility, within 30 days, of returning one or more articles for the following reasons:
• If the article is not suitable for the size (too small/too large, too tight…)
• If the item does not meet your expectations
• If the item is defective

What are the fees associated with product returns or exchanges?

We understand that sometimes a product does not meet your expectations or the size does not fit you. That's why we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. However, fees may apply depending on the reason for your return or exchange.

How do I request an exchange/return?

To make a return, follow the instructions below:

1) Go to our return portal

2) Enter your order number (ex: # 6844) and your email address.

3) Follow the steps indicated

If you have chosen to receive a return label: an email with your return label to print and stick on your parcel is sent to you.

If you have not chosen to receive a return label: you must send your parcel by yourself yourself and at your expense to the following address:
