I received a gift card, how long is it valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 6 months (183 days) from the date of purchase.
How do I refer my friends?
To refer your friends, you must:
- The referrer must share their affiliate link (click here to find your link)
- The referred friend must click on the link and will be redirected to the homepage
- A confirmation popup for the email will appear at the bottom right. The referred friend must confirm their email address.
- Once the email address is confirmed, the referred friend can create their account, log in, and benefit from their discount.
- Referrers/referred friends can find their discount code in the "Reward" tab at the bottom right or by clicking here.
The referrer can view the referral status of their clients here.
Can I pay in 3 installments without fees?
You can pay in 3 installments with no fees using Alma for any order over €150, excluding delivery charges.
You do not need to sign any contract or insurance.
How to pay in 3 installments without fees?
To pay in 3 installments without fees starting from €150 (excluding delivery fees), you must:
- Add the items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout and choose Alma - Pay in 3 installments
- Pay the first part now, the rest will be automatically debited over the next two months (D+30 and D+60).
Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Depending on the chosen delivery service, the delivery times vary between 1 to 5 business days.
⚠️ Pre-orders and mixed orders:
If your order contains both in-stock products and pre-order products, your entire order will be shipped only when all products are available. If you wish to receive the in-stock products more quickly, we recommend placing two separate orders.

For orders to Metropolitan France, Andorra, Monaco, and Spain: you can enjoy free shipping with Mondial Relay for purchases over €100. You can also benefit from free shipping with DHL for purchases over €200.
For orders to Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, you can enjoy free shipping with Colissimo International for purchases over €150. You can also benefit from free shipping with DHL for purchases over €250.
For orders to Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden: you can enjoy free shipping with DHL for purchases over €250.
How can I track my order?
When your order is complete and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please remember to check your spam folder.
If you do not receive an update within 5 business days, we invite you to contact us via the online chat or by using the contact form.
My package has been returned to the sender, what should I do?
If your package is returned to us, reshipment is possible for an additional fee at your expense.

Exchanges & Returns
Can I return/exchange my order?
Any order placed on the store offers the possibility, within 30 days, to return one or more items for the following reasons:
• If the item does not fit in terms of size (too small/too large, too tight, etc.)
• If the item does not meet your expectations
• If the item is defective

What are the fees associated with product returns or exchanges?
We understand that an item may not give you complete satisfaction (the size does not fit, does not meet your expectations, etc.). That is why we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.

page.How to request an exchange/return?
To make a return, follow the instructions below:
1) Go to our return portal
2) Enter your order number (e.g.: #6844) and your email address.
3) Follow the indicated steps
If you have chosen to receive a return label: an email with your return label to print and attach to your package will be sent to you.
If you have not chosen to receive a return label: you must send your package yourself and at your own expense to the following address:

What happens if my order paid with a gift card is returned
If you make a purchase using a gift card and, for any reason, you decide to return the ordered items to us, the amount spent will be credited directly to your gift card. This allows you to reuse the balance for future purchases in our online store.
If you added a supplement to your order, it will be refunded to the payment method used.
